Meet Niki Peters – she is our Licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative.  Niki is committed to ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and best experience with servicing their commercial insurance needs.  Niki has years of experience working with commercial lines of insurance including commercial auto, business owners’ policies, professional liability, errors & omissions insurance, auto insurance, property insurance, inland marine, and more. Niki was born and raised in Dallas, before her family moved to Arkansas.  

 

She graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1995.  Niki began her insurance career in 1997 and has been both a personal lines and commercial lines Customer Service Representative.  She has worked with Davis & Garratt Insurance Group since the agency formed in 2007, where she is a commercial lines CSR.  She married her husband James in 2001 and they have one son.  She enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and son.
